We are Alexandra Nelson and Jaime Dempsey, strategists and founders of Welcome Strategies. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, we work with organizations and partners across the country.
As artists and public-good practitioners with executive leadership experience in public agencies and philanthropic organizations, we bring deep expertise across local and national philanthropy, community leadership, and the nonprofit and public sectors.
